Marika Delights was found in 2011. It all started when I was thinking of a healthier lifestyle, with a Middle Eastern twist. After graduating from Cultural studies, I joined SAIT for Baking and Pastry arts program, focusing on the main fundamentals of food business. It raised the interest of blending both Middle Eastern recipes flavors, and twist the concept into more healthier snacks that can help in modern lifestyle.
