Gallery Indigena began as a family business in the early 70s promoting the art of native peoples. Owner, Erla Boyer expresses a love and enthusiasm for the art of indigenous people. Their creative work is reflected in the gallery collections and in her deep involvement with the artists. Inukshuk Gallery was established 10 years ago on Granville Island, Vancouver and, more recently, Gallery Indigena (Toronto) opened in the Distillery Historic District.
