Dr. DeSouza graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Health Science. He then moved to Boston, MA where he obtained his Optometry Degree from the New England College of Optometry in 2020.
During his four years in Boston, Dr. DeSouza worked at a variety of optometric settings such as the famous Perkins School of the Blind, Boston Medical Center, the Pine-Street Inn Homeless Shelter, Richlin Eye Care in Beverly Hills, California, and the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Manchester, NH. This gave him unique and valuable experiences with various populations.
Dr. DeSouza believes that every patient should leave the clinic more knowledgeable about their ocular health. He has a special interest in dry eye disease, specialty contact lenses, and ocular disease.
Dr. DeSouza is looking forward to continue serving the North York and Greater Toronto Area.
