Hi there! I’m Adam Bennett and I want to thank you for visiting my page. Over the last 30 years, I’ve held many positions in the sports industry but the one constant has been my work with athletes and their mindset. You see, at an early stage in my professional career, I became attuned to the benefits of mental conditioning. This daily focus made me a full-time NHL player! It was, also, mental mindset that became the foundation of my resilience through career-ending injury and all the challenges that life has brought me ever since.

I can truly say that I succeed because I’ve failed. If you’ve never failed, it’s because you’ve never really tried to grow. I’m thankful for what life has taught me. I’m thankful that I’ve continued to develop and lead. I am also thankful that you’re here to learn the keys to a Champion Mindset.
