Welcome to the Regina Multicultural Council (RMC). The RMC serves to help promote and educate the public about different cultures within the City of Regina. Located in downtown Regina, the RMC initiates many programs and events which includes Mosaic A Festival of Cultures. We hope to be able to help connect newcomers to Regina with their traditions and cultures.
