Chef Derek, a graduate of Sault College’s culinary program, has over 23 years of culinary experience. His experience includes being the Executive Chef of Gliss in 2006. Under his guidance, Chef Derek and his teamat Gliss have won several awards including awards from Savour the Night: Platinum Award — As selected by the judges as the “Best Appetizer” based on presentation, degree of difficulty, workmanship and composition.
