Here at Passek’s Classics we only use the freshest of ingredients everyday. Everything is prepared from scratch daily.
We Smoke our own Meats in House (Brisket, Pulled Pork & Maple Smoked Turkey). We also Smoke Mozzarella & Cheddar in House.
We baked fresh daily White & Whole Wheat Bread daily as well as fresh Baked Cheese Buns and Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls and sooooo much more.
In December 2020 we opened our brand new location at 326 Victoria Street which added a full Bakery as well as a “Grab ‘n’ Go” Section due to Covid and us trying to limit the amount of tables eating in the restaurant.
We are a German influenced restaurant and we have many different types of Schnitzels to choose from. We also serve Homemade German Split Pea & Ham soup everyday.
