CHAU Veggie Express is a plant-based Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver BC. We are a community-based eatery, serving vegan savoury dishes and desserts inspired by Vietnamese roots in family and culture. We have two locations, in East Vancouver and in the Granville Island Public Market.
