The Saskatoon Berry, or Juneberry is native to North America. In particular, the Interlake region of Manitoba has an abundance of this tasty, nutritious berry. This dark purple berry is similar in size and color to a blueberry but has it’s own unique taste. Saskatoon Berries (Juneberries) can be used in many of your favorite blueberry recipes or enjoyed fresh. From pies to muffins to smoothies, they are a versatile option for adding some berry goodness to your diet.
