Doyon Cuisine is shaped since January 2011 from the fusion of two renown enterprises: G. Doyon & Fils at Quebec and Félisol in the suburbs of Montreal. In 2012, the three subsidiaries of Groupe Restau-Service, at Levis, Drummondville and Trois-Rivieres, joined. In 2017, the company merge with a major player in the kitchen equipment distribution market: Després Laporte.
