Fine crafted beer; a common interest for a group of friends from Niagara. Sound familiar? The guys created Taps, a Craft Brewery in the heart of one of the most visited cities in the world. Well, it gets better. These incredible Niagara inspired beers had a hunger for some great tasting food, but not just any food, gourmet food. Simplified gourmet food with a twist, like a duck poutine or fresh pasta stuffed with black truffles; items you wouldn’t expect to find at the average brewhouse. Then again, this was no ordinary brewhouse. Next the boys added delicious rich vegetables, greens and savoury edibles right from the farm to your table. And keeping it local, only the best beef, pork and poultry. No hormones, just the good stuff, grass and grain fed only. Am I right?
