The story of HAP CPA Inc. began over 10 years ago when the founder, Philip Chan, realized the difficulty of small business entrepreneurs. Small businesses often get distracted from their core motive of changing the world, due to the endless nitty-gritties of tasks such as sending out invoices, bill payments, running payroll, remitting taxes, preparing financial statements, meeting with regular compliances - all of this while trying to find investors to grow their business. Most of the time and energy is consumed operating in their industry, instead of on their business.
